By using Fade Discord Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Fade is a Discord bot that provides:

• Moderation and antinuke features
• Welcome system and server management
• Utility commands and ticket system
• Premium features for enhanced functionality

Users must:

• Use the bot in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the bot
• Not use the bot for illegal activities
• Respect other users and communities
• Report bugs and issues responsibly

Premium features are available for PKR 1,500/month and include:

• No-prefix (slash) commands
• Advanced customization options
• Priority support
• Early access to new features

Payment is processed through SadaPay. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase.

You may not use Fade to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spam or flood Discord servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Distribute malware or malicious content

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance and updates
• Suspend service for violations
• Modify or discontinue features

Fade is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
